Grand Opening Set for March 30th
Richardson, TX, (March 17, 2023): Real Land Title of Texas announces the launch of its inaugural office in the Dallas Metroplex. Set to host a grand opening on March 30th in Richardson, the firm provides title and escrow services for residential, commercial, and solar developments.
This will be the firm’s first brick-and-mortar location for Real Land Title in Texas. Until now, all property data and closing services had been conducted from the firm’s corporate headquarters in Gretna, Louisiana.

Courtney Dodd leads the Dallas regional office of Real Land Title of Texas. A 20-year Dallas resident, Dodd brings comprehensive title experience and local knowledge to Real Land Title of Texas.
The Real Land Title of Texas grand opening celebration will be held March 30th from 3 to 6 pm at the firm’s offices at 1401 N. Central Expressway,, Unit 150 in Richardson. Door prizes, food, and drinks will be provided.
